Q:Privacy Policy
What is your Privacy Policy?

A: Leis Merchandize does not sell or distribute any information
acquired from our website or customers. Customer information
is used to process orders or to inform customers of Leis Merchandize information.
We manually process all orders using a secure server for
credit card information. All credit card transactions are checked to protect against fraud.

Q: Shipping/Returns
What are your Shipping and Return Policies?

A: Shipping
We only ship in North America, using Canada Post.
You will be billed at the time of purchase, and your order will be
shipped as soon as your method of payment clears.
Please allow 5-13 business days for shipping,
unless the item is out of stock and needs to be constructed.

Returns
Returns may be made if you bought the wrong size, colour, etc. as
long as the item you're returning has not been worn. Shipping will be at your expense.
If there is any damage done to the item, you must pay for the repairs.
You have 2 weeks from the date the package was recieved to return it.
If the package is a gift, and you may need longer, please notify us and we can work out an agreement.

Do you take rush orders?

A: If your order is a rush order please contact us before purchase to insure we can make your deadline.

How do you size your products?

A: Women's Sizing

Extra Small= Bust: 29 ½" - 30 ½" , Waist: 22" – 23" , Hip: 31 ½" - 32 ½"

Small= Bust: 31 ½" - 32 ½" , Waist: 24" - 25" , Hip: 33 ½" - 34 ½"

Medium= Bust: 34" - 36" , Waist: 26 ½" - 28" , Hip: 36" - 38"

Large= Bust: 38" – 40" , Waist: 30" - 32" , Hip: 40" - 42"

Extra Large= Bust: 42" - 44" , Waist: 34" - 37" , Hip: 44" - 46"


Men's Sizing

Extra Small= Chest: 30" - 32" , Hip: 31" – 32 ½"

Small= Chest: 34" - 36" , Hip: 35" - 37"

Medium= Chest: 38" – 40" , Hip: 39" - 41"

Large= Chest: 42" - 44" , Hip: 43" - 45"

Extra Large= Chest: 46" - 48" , Hip: 47" - 49"

Q: Custom Orders
Do you offer custom orders?

A: Yes, we do. If you wish to place a custom order, please e-mail us with your measurements, a picture of what you would like, and any other specifications. We will respond with a quote.

If you would like a reproduction of a one of a kind piece in a different size, there is no guarantee we will be able to find the same fabric. If we are unable to find the same fabric, it will be made in a similar fabric. If this is the case, you will be notified.
